Purchase Process and Logistics
- Selecting Merchandise – The customer selects items in the Telegram mini-app.
- Placing an Order – Adding items to the cart, entering shipping details, and paying with cryptocurrency or Telegram Stars.
- Payment Confirmation – The transaction is processed through off-chain processing.
- Production and Packaging:
- Print on Demand – Production begins only after an order is placed, reducing excess inventory.
- Warehousing & Fulfillment – Shipping of already manufactured goods from the warehouse. Reduced product cost. Wholesale services are available for products, such as screen printing, embroidery, sewn-in labels, etc.
- Handover to Logistics – The product is transferred to major logistics networks and courier services, after which the seller receives payment.
